Job description

We’re looking for the analytical geek. The person who’d prefer to communicate via Twitter because phone calls are just so 2001. The geek who sees stories in numbers and insight in data. The geek who loves social media and in particular, online reputation management.

The ideal ORM Analyst will be responsible for the ORM analytics strategy, process and organisation which delivers information, insight and recommendations to team members, clients and reporting alike. The job would include these top three activities: monitor, measure and optimise the online marketing performance.

• Executing data collection

• Performance tracking and measurement

• Reporting of key performance indicators

• Providing quantifiable recommendations for clients

• Ad-hoc analysis as needed

• Join in on brainstorms, collaboration projects and idea generation

• Assist in ORM management, content publishing and campaign roll out plans.

Requirements:

Excellent hands-on database skills

An interest in business intelligence, analytics and e-commerce

ORM tool experience is advantageous

Excel, PowerPoint

The ability to work independently delivering on deadlines
