C the World’s site was not appropriate for their target market – a more mature audience. We needed to improve the UX, lower the bounce rate and design an attractive, responsive site, while at the same time, ensure that it could be navigated through effortlessly. In essence, this would speak to exactly what the brand stands for: easy-to-book, hassle-free holidays that require very little admin on the part of the traveller.
WHAT WE DID
We redesigned the client’s website as a colour-coded platform in order to help guide the target audience through the process of booking a holiday. Through the use of colour-coding, we were able to create a seamless experience that allowed travellers to easily explore their travel options, read reviews and look at photos taken by previous visitors to get a first-hand look at their destinations of choice.
Within a short space of time, C the World’s website achieved favourable results:
Design & Development: The Development Team used Bootstrap, in conjunction with WordPress in order to create a seamless, responsive design. Our designers
Analytics: Data obtained from Google Analytics was monitored closely in order to track all the necessary information so that the progress and performance of the new site could be measured.
